Our History, Our Values

Founded in 2008, Reihart Construction & Services (RCS) was built from a lifetime of hard work, dedication, and hands-on experience. After spending more than 20 years serving in the United States military, founder Scott Reihart retired and turned his passion for construction into a business of his own. The knowledge, discipline, and work ethic he developed throughout his military career became the foundation of RCS. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), the company takes pride in doing things the right way, building strong relationships, and delivering quality work that clients can depend on. More than 15 years later, those same values continue to guide everything we do.
